Done with this place.

So I’m a CEM there and we have a SM, MM, PTSL, Interim key holder. I work most closing shifts. My manager went out on leave for 8 weeks. My MM is doing the schedule now and only schedules herself 6am to 2. Every shift. 2 key holders don’t close. One says her man won’t let her close. I dk. So now they are letting go of the only key holder that closes with me. I asked my boss how is this going to work out if now I’m the only manager that closes? She said idk. Excuse me. This has got to be the worst place I worked at.
