how to get over the fear of death

Morality/Ethics/Daily Living

for background, i am a teenager with a very blessed life in my opinion, and i am born Hindu. over a year ago, i had a really strong and sad fear of death but as of now, ive gotten a lot better. The main point of this post is im just wondering how do i not fear this topic? how do i not fear what happens after? these atheists be talking about how nothing happens and it makes me feel darkness and coldness, while others talk about random theories about quantum immortality or the egg theory or in general just any theory involving space and dreams and etc., and some hindus even talk about how you just keep reincarnating and never get moksha. i’m just confused but i hope that im a good person and the afterlife is going to be okay and not scary and dark. i try to help my friends, i help my family, be kind to others, do my homework which i think is my dharma, as well as donating. i try to stay religous and i used to occasionally eat chicken and fish but now ive pretty much stopped. anyways the main question is just about the afterlife and if it’s going to be scary. i know about what scriptures say, but i just hope it’s not going to be scary and everything is gonna be okay
