Starting Small Business FP&A Consulting Business

Hoping to get some advice from small business owners.
One of my first posts so excuse my lack of knowledge etiquete.
I am a financial analyst and planner by trade with experience as a data analyst, engineer and scientist. I’m looking to set up a small business helping owners with logistics and planning. Eventually tax prep, should be a CPA in a couple of years. Im wondering if there are any business that already do that here or if any small business owner would even look for this type of help. I’m far from it being real. I just like the idea of helping small businesses understand their finances, improve operations, and plan for growth using financial and operational analytics. And I was thinking of a non profit for years but I don’t know how to justify no pay for it. I’m leaning more on the financial planning and budgeting aspect and less on data analytics. Ai seems to be a better application for that. Please let me know your thoughts!
