Purchase link never arrived, but i was able to purchase steam frame

Just like the title says, my Steam frame purchase link never arrived. I've been scanning my emails daily, often multiple times a day,y to ensure that I don't miss the email; il, however, the email never came. I saw a post on here saying that sometimes the email won't come, but you can purchase it on Steam, so I've also been making sure to check Steam daily, and lo and behold, today when I checked the Steam frame page, the order button was there, with me never receiving the email.
