The things on my desk that spark joy and the things that don't

Spark joy: the 240Hz monitor, worth every penny. The keyboard (lubed the switches myself over a very long weekend). The Killjoy plush from the VALORANT collab, who sits on top of the monitor and judges every round I throw.

Don't spark joy: whatever is going on with the cables behind the desk. The webcam I bought for streaming and used twice. The headphone stand, which is slightly too tall for reasons I can't explain.

Still deciding on: the VALORANT collab hub and charger. The agent art on the little displays is great, no complaints there. The battery care on the charger is the reason I bought it and I won't know if it's doing anything for a few months.
