Verification deadlock – my ID is stuck on a permanently banned account and I cannot verify my main account

Hi FACEIT team,
I really need a human to look at my case because support keeps giving me generic answers and closing my tickets without resolving the actual problem.
My main account is gamagaa and it has around 1,000 matches.
I previously had another account which was verified with my own identity. That account later received a permanent smurfing ban.
Now gamagaa requires mandatory verification, but I cannot complete it because FACEIT tells me that my identity is already verified on the permanently banned account.
Support told me that verification can only be released after the old account is deleted.
The problem is that FACEIT’s Privacy Team has refused to delete the old account because it is permanently banned.
So I am stuck:
old account is permanently banned;
FACEIT refuses to delete it;
verification cannot be released from it;
my main account requires verification;
I cannot verify my main account because my identity is still attached to the banned account.
I am not asking to bypass verification or remove the ban from the old account. I simply want to verify my main account with my own identity and play normally.
I have already explained this to support several times, but I keep receiving generic responses about face matching, deleting the old account, or trying verification again.

Could a human member of the verification/account team please review this situation and tell me what I am actually supposed to do?
If the banned account cannot be deleted and the verification cannot be released, does that mean I can never verify my main account again?
