I corrupted my world without a backup. Is there any way to save it?

I loaded a 26.2 world in 26.3, realized my mistake, and then went back. Now the entire thing is just empty sky. I just clicked through the warning and didn't make a backup. i went back to 26.3 and it's still just sky. is there anything I can do? I put way too much effort into this to lose it
