Is this a set up?

started working again because I found out my bf was talking to his ex. The FIRST day I go back to working a client from my bfs town (Tiny, tiny town with like 1000 people) wants to see me. Which is no biggie. then bf calls me saying he wants to fly me out ASAP and how he misses me. Am I being delusional or is this weird.
