Relapse after 2 month streak

After a solid 2 month streak, feeling like a finally conquered it, I relapsed. I was feeling super depressed today for whatever reason; and somehow while browsing before you know it I was revisiting some old porn videos I used to watch and started jacking off, I tried to stop but I said fuck it it’s too late. I don’t even know how and why it happened I felt like I lost control of myself and something was commanding me to do it. (Ofcourse it’s me who did it and I take full responsibility I’m just describing how it felt). Sigh I feel like shit now
