Impersonation?

Hi! someone is using my username_alt and profile picture and profile name and messaged all my followers this message: "Hey I'm giving free x premium+ just click the link and it up " . The link is obviously a scam but some of my followers got tricked. I cannot find the account and I don't know how to report it. When I click on Help center report for impersonation it makes me upload my government ID (Which I do not want to do). Is there another way to bypass this?

Thank you
