I’m moving out end of October and looking for someone to sublease my room for the last month of my lease in Prospect Lefferts Gardens (PLG). Since I'm leaving you will have the option to stay and keep the room and sign a lease with the landlord if you wish, or you can just stay for the month.

$1,000/month — all utilities included.

\- 1 window and a closet

\- 10 min walk to Prospect Park

\- 7 min walk to 2/5 trains

\- 13 min walk to B/Q trains

\- Verizon WiFi

\- No laundry in unit (laundromat a block away)

Furniture included - Bed, desk, mini fridge, stand up closet, drawers underneath bed.

The apartment has 2 guys total. One is in his 30's and lives in a separate unit but shares the kitchen and bathroom. The other is 25, works 9-5 and is gone most of the day. Everyone is chill and respectful. Looking for someone responsible, clean, quiet and easy to live with. It's a pretty small apartment with no living room, more of a quiet home base than a hangout spot. No pets allowed.

Requirements:

\- Picture of ID

\- Basic information about yourself

\- 1000 deposit through zelle

If you’re interested reply with some information about yourself so i can message you, so you know i'm real. This is pretty last second so I will respond ASAP.
