A7V or A7rV? (A7cii owner)

Looking to get either an a7v or a7rv since my a7cii has became a slight liability as I have begun doing paid shoots (1 sd card slot). I mainly shoot portraits and family photos semi-professionally and cars as a hobby but looking to do weddings as a second shooter. However most ppl require a camera with 2 sd slots. I do have some good glass already (24-70gmii, sigma 85), but really lost on which full body to start out with. The main dilemma is that majority of when I shoot is at sunrise/sunset so i fear the r may have too much noise, but also some of my shots were printed quite large already and tbh when i saw it i felt bad i didn’t have more resolution to offer, but customer was happy. At the same time too i like to record things occasionally and the crop on a7cii in 4k60 has sucked. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
