aba or gpa for poly

Y3 info tech poly student here and my gpa is currently in the low 3s, I’ll realistically graduate around 3.3+. I struggled a lot in it and was much stronger in languages/humans in sec sch so I’m considering switching fields for uni.

I’m looking at ntu SoH. How realistic would admission be with a 3.3+ gpa? I’ve tried to build experience outside school by doing internships almost every break mostly out of joy of learning too. I’ve done about 6 so far mostly in biz roles, some at fairly reputable companies. I’m planning to include these under ABA but I’m unsure how much they would actually help since I see from other threads that nobody really cares about that. I also didn’t know about rec letters until recently but I’m unable to get them from some of my past companies, as they cited the internships being self-sourced as the reason or because my bosses then have since left.

I’m also considering nus arch as I'm quite interested in learning about design but I’m wondering if coming from an unrelated diploma with a limited design portfolio significantly affect my chances? I’m aware of the workload and intensity but I also don’t want to completely close the door on this as one of my options when applying.

Would appreciate any insights on how realistic ntu SoH and nus arch are with my profile and how much internship experiences actually matters for ABA! Please don’t be mean thank you
