Possible sti exposure?

This is a follow up from my last post, I'm just freaking out because 12 days ago I had an encounter which really doesn't seem like a real way to catch an sti but now I'm having weird symptoms of what I thought might just be in my head now seems so real.

Long story short my trans friend stroked herself for like a minute then touched the head of my penis for a second or two and I stopped her because I didn't want her to touch me out of fear of catching something. I couldn't tell if she had any possible fluids such as precum or saliva since it was dark. But now I'm having a lot of testicle pain, I'm urinating A LOT, I got discomfort of the urethra and pain on the glands plus occasionally burning when I pee. My foreskin was itchy and swelled up w few days ago which can be from me stretching and touching it a lot but went away after I put clotrimazole and a steroid cream and it hasn't swelled since. I'm just so scared I have something and when I search it up the risk is low and people do say theoretically it can happen. I've caught stis before from actual penetrative sexual intercourse and it baffles me that I'm having these symptoms off of a one to two second contact.

Anyways I took a test on Monday currently waiting for results but I'm freaking out more because my urinalysis showed I had trace blood in my urine.

Maybe I'm just posting this in hopes maybe someone went through the same thing. Thank you all again for taking the time to read my post.
