Saftey features needed

I ordered an Uber with a woman driver two days ago, but when the car pulled up it was a man. I said, "I ordered a woman driver." He said, "ok" and just drove away. He proceeded to drive to the destination, so I was not able to cancel the ride, or get another Uber because it appeared as though I was on the ride. I was charged for the ride.

While I was standing on the side of the road with my luggage trying to download Lyft to get to my destination 3 men approached me trying to sell me rides, ask for a cigarette and I was getting really frustrated that the Uber app not letting me cancel or get a new ride was putting me in this situation. It was stressful and could have been dangerous for me as a woman.

When I finally got through to Uber support what ended up happening was they gave me a $10 credit on my account to use, which is less than the cost of the ride that I was charged for, that I did not take.

I want them to reassure me that that person and that vehicle will not be allowed to drive for Uber anymore. I want them to refund the full amount of the trip to my card. And I want them to have more safety features so that this situation doesn't happen to someone else and end badly.
