Would you consider a good idea to create a database of homosexual female icons?

I remember reading a post where a girl was hurt because of all the "lesbian" artists "coming out" as bisexuals (Or even some who don't want to change the label, lol). So, I thought that to help fellow lesbians who might feel like there are no real lesbians out there we could create a database (Or at least a threat) with only real famous homosexual females! And maybe even one for fictional characters!

What do you think?
