GRAVITY TRANSITIONS/PORTALS HELPPP

Does anyone know any demons preferably hard to easy extreme to get better at gravity portal transitions or just upside down gameplay in general. I feel like it’s the biggest problem I have with grefg so far because I keep clicking through the portals and I’m just trying to get used to not doing that lol.
