Endo in MRI after 7 years Pain!

I had a scan after many many years of pain shooting down my leg. was told it was herniated disc for many years - some people said yes some said no to herniated disc. An episode of Greys Anatomy (thanks to those amazing writers!!!) I self diagnosed myself to endo out of herniated disc. and now many years of telling doctors finally saw this in my MRI Results! Doctors haven’t reviewed it yet - but the relief I am feeling is … so so much!

1. Left ovarian endometrioma (1.3 x 1.7 cm - small)

2. Two small fibroids

3. Borderline thickening of the right anterior lateral aspect of the broad ligament with associated mild T1 hyperintensity, may represent deep infiltrating endometriosis.

4. Borderline thickening of the junctional measuring up to 11 mm.

i don’t like the may represent and other word choices but I am hoping that is radiologist speak.
