I hate this place so much

All the FLs are total garbage. I have only been here a year I’m an AP with no manager and genuinely feel like ending it all. I try so hard for this restaurant to do well and I just get scolded for having my hair down in the BOH office while I try catching up work way after my shift. I can’t do this anymore I need the money but this place makes me so miserable, don’t support this business because at the end of the day they don’t care about any of their employees all they care about is saving labor while also being deployed all day and if you can’t do both you are the fool. Never hated a job more go fuck yourself chipotle.
