Credit Card Options and Advice - will be spending a lot of money in the next few months

So for context, I have 2 credit cards, a BofA basic creditcard and a Chase Sapphire Preferred card with a credit score over 760.

In the next few months, I'm going to be spending about $4000 over my regular budget, mainly on plane tickets and bus travel. I figured this would be a good time to open a credit card as I've been meaning to but also since a lot of credit cards have point bonuses if you spend a lot in the first few months.

Do you have any advice on what credit card I should get? I commute a lot to work via the transit system, bus to my hometown and occasionally fly. Beyond that, most of my purchases are made online so anything with extra point bonuses regarding those are helpful.

Any cards that also provide extra benefits relating to new experiences like travel or exercise and subscriptions are also helpful.

I've been recommended the amex express gold card by a friend but wanted to check other options.
