Looking for interest-free education funding / student assistance

I'm a 3rd-year National University student in Dhaka. My final exam form-fill-up deadline passed just yesterday.

I have around BDT 34k in unpaid fees, including enrolment, monthly fees, exam fees, etc. I'm not in a very good situation for a long time in luding financially. And, I messed up.. I couldn't manage the money in time—or perhaps I just didn't do it properly.

However, National University normally extends the deadline, so I'm hoping I still have some time.

Currently, I don't have a job. I enrolled in a Data Science course, but I still need to do a lot of practice, solve problems, and complete some good projects before I can start applying for jobs.

I also want to do IELTS, which I've been planning for a long time, as part of my longer-term plan.

So, I'm looking for an interest-free loan of around BDT 50k that I can use for my education-related expenses.

Is there anywhere in Bangladesh where I could get this kind of interest-free loan, such as Qard-e-Hasan, or any organization/foundation that provides this kind of support to students?

I'd really appreciate it if anyone has personal experience or knows of a legitimate option.
