Body Count Ritual

I've seen these rituals up lately to remove the body count from people, asides from it being stupid to pay someone to remove the connotation of a number you're tracking, are these people virgins again? Is it a revirginisation?

I guess they'd just be virgins right? Cos a revirgining still implies they once had a body count which defeats the whole purpose of paying some white woman a grand.
