should i downsize my piercings yet?

hello everyone!! i got my forward helix and my conch about 2 weeks ago and my piercings have been healing great (knock on wood), i haven't had any piercing bumps or irritation, no swelling anymore, and i've been pierced with a flatback stud. I haven't been using anything to clean it for this piercing (I have a ton of others) and these ones have been healing almost perfectly unlike my others. I read online that it's good to downsize and bad if you leave them in since the bar is so long that it'll move around and cause more irritation. Am I okay to downsize or should I wait?? I definitely want to downsize before halloween though.
