Gymnasts with a home setup, which basic piece of equipment has stayed useful the longest for supplementary training?
I’m curious about home equipment specifically for supplementary training, not trying to recreate a gymnastics facility at home.
There are plenty of simple options like bands, parallettes, a pull-up bar, mats, light weights or basic mobility equipment.
Some probably seem useful at first but don’t get much use after a while, while others stay relevant for years because they work for strength, mobility or basic conditioning.
For gymnasts who have a small home training setup, which simple piece of equipment has stayed useful the longest?
I’m especially interested in things you still use regularly even when you have access to a proper gymnastics facility.
