Right foot keeps twitching

It's been like this for the past 1 year. I literally had no major change in diet or lifestyle, so I'm unsure as to why this happens. Idk if there's a link, but it usually happens at night, and when I'm sitting or lying down.

Should I be concerned? It's only the right foot, left foot is completely normal

F19, 50kg, 5'2, no medications, no smoking

No previous or current medical issues apart from just some minor coughing
