iphone error when connecting to computer

hello,

i recently got an iphone 17e( about mid-august). i had a 7plus before that and i hadn’t actually connected my iphone to a computer for years. i decided i finally wanted to change my music library so i downloaded the apple devices app and apple music to my windows 11 pc, and went through all the steps for updating and stuff like that.

somewhere along the lines during the software update process of the phone, it errored out and says it can’t be updated because of an “unknown error” which is “(9). 130A.000), and the screen on my phone is stick with the apple logo and un unfinished status bar that’s only at maybe 10%. i looked up the code and it says it’s because of the connection, and to use an official cable, which i did end up switching to, but the problem persists.

what am i supposed to do to resolve this?
