Need QB help

12 ppr league and 0-3

Currently have Bo Nix and CJ Stroud but I feel like neither are reliable. I spoke to a coworker today who said I should drop Stroud for Geno but I’m not sure if I’d just be moving laterally.

Other waiver QBs are Mariota and Brissett. QBs are very scarce in my league idk
