Pending I751, expired greencard + extension letter with past overstay, domestric travel.

Hi All,

I'm curious if anyone here have travelle domestic with an expired greencard and extension letter and had a previous overstay. I understand that the overstay was forgiven during AOS, however, with the current immigration, I am worried for my friend. We are travelling together. USCIS API currently shows nothing is needed and allowed to travel. Would still love to hear from anyone in the same situation. Thank you
