Congressional inquiry for withdrawal request?

Has anyone ever sent a congressional inquiry to speed up the withdrawal process for your I130? If so how did that turn out for you?

I know the chances of anyone here ever done it are slim but I thought I would ask anyways. Or if any of you know a way to urgently get the case closed please let me know 🙏🏻
