MyCiti Kuala Lumpur, scam 8/10, 3-star hotel on Trip

Avoid like the plague (which you'll probably get if you stay there). No air conditioning, no electricity, visibly diseased homeless people hanging out around the building, people sleeping on the floor of the lobby, moldy bathroom, and soooo much human hair all over the floor. I ran away immediately. Yet somehow this is a 3-star hotel, an 8 out of 10 by guest review?!? Impossible. Most of the 10-star reviews sound very fake after the top few that appear on Trip. I didn't even ask for my deposit back, I just ran. With so many people hanging around the building, I have never felt less safe. Trip, of course, didn't seem to care.
