Nikon z5ii or Sony alpha 7iv with tamron f/2.8 28-75

I've been doing photography for half a year now, and I've learned the basics of editing and color grading. I have been using an R100 with the kit lens. I've decided to skip from a higher-end APS-C straight to a full-frame because I have the budget. Right now, I think these 2 cameras with this lens are my best options, but I am open to other suggestions. Also, I mainly want to do a mix of street and landscape, and maybe wildlife, with at least some video capability to make videos for clubs later on. Might also pick up the 70-300 later for wildlife photography. I like the Nikon feel and features, but the 7iv is also good and has similar specs. I've also heard that the 7iv has had some issues and bugs. Again, open to any suggestions, including different gear.
