Is getting a bachelors degree worth it?

I’m currently at community college in a cybersecurity degree program. I should be graduating next year with an associates. There’s a 4 year college in my state that has a pretty good looking cybersecurity track and I’ve been asked if I want to continue on there after graduation. I would enter as a junior and have to do two more years to get a bachelors degree. I

asked my sister in law who works in the cybersecurity field if she thought it would be worth going on. She said something along the lines of “if you want to, I don’t think it would be a bad thing. But you could instead take the time to work on projects and certifications to show on your resume. Which some IT and cybersecurity jobs are looking for more than higher education. But you could do both if you think you could juggle it”

So I wanted to ask here as well to hopefully get some insight and advice from this community. Thank you if you are able to provide any helpful advice!
