Is anyone else unable to scroll through characters, companions, items, etc.?

Since the last update, I can open the menu, I can open each submenu (characters, companions, etc.) but I can't navigate through them. I can't scroll up or down through the menu. I'm on the Steam Deck. Is this an issue for anyone else?
