Passed National Registry

US

Just passed the national registry today first attempt and about to start as a new medic within the week. I worked for my dept as an EMT/Firefighter in a very high volume district running a good amount of trauma, codes, and every day BS for a little over 2 years prior to medic school. I believe it helped me quite a bit during this last year but now I feel like this is going to be a whole new learning curve.

Any advice for a new medic so I’m not stressed all shift thinking over every possible call I could get. Granted I know it takes years to become comfortable as a medic. Thanks
