Santiago Brunch Spots

Really really good brunch/lunch recommendations for a Monday? We fly into Santiago at 8am on my birthday so we will need to be fed and to start celebrating as soon as we get there. Will be heading to Las Majadas in Pirque for two days but was thinking brunch/lunch somewhere on the way there.
