Please educate me

Hello everyone! I am from tier 2 city! We don’t have Premium Large Format here! Total 10 properties including 2 properties of INOX
Both INOX are bad but we don’t have any option when it comes to family!

But recently a single screen made a comeback with renovation converted into multiplex!

But as an audience we don’t know in which format they come
For example : a single screen which converted into multiplex has following experience:

Dolby atmos 64 Channel (first n only to have it)
Fully Air condition ( Only 4 cinemas has)
51% premium seats ( Sofa & Recliner) ( Only 2 has)
One full Audi as VIP Audi ( Only Sofa & Recliner) (Only 2 has)
It’s non brand but local! Doesn’t not charge premium either but great experience!

Can any one say in which format this property comes under ?
And Dolby atmos 64 channel does make a difference when it comes to competition ?

And what does RealD 3D means ?
