GRAVITY PORTAL/TRANSITIONS HELPPPP

Does anyone know any good demons preferably hard to easy extremes that I can play to practice gravity switches and transitions. I’ve been playing grefg and so far this has been my only problem and I just can’t stop clicking through the gravity portals and I’m trying to make it a habit to not do that lol.
