about cutting on the chest

im afab and i have a lot of fat everywhere(and my chest ofc) and i cut there sometimes although i feel like i can never go deep, its hard to make it bleed and idk why so i usually end up trying to do it too hard- but also, i have a lot of infections on my chest due to a skin-picking disorder i have and i was wondering if its even safe for me to cut there? I cant cut on my arms anymore because my mum checks them, and im heat sensitive so i cant wear pants much to cover legs, so my only places i could theoretically do it is my chest and thighs, but im 3x pain sensitive and i do it for 2 reasons, blood(mostly when i need something sweet/stress relief, my blood is very sweet) and to keep myself from offing myself. lately ive barely been keeping myself from committing and i relapsed last night and i just thought of whether its even safe on my thighs/chest, bc if anything gets too bad i cant get help because my mum yells at me most of the time when she finds out i cut again..
