Skin/Hair looks better for me on MK-677 vs HGH why?

Use 25-40mg MK-677 and have used 4-12IU HGH. MK-677 within a few days gives my hair this healthy dark look dense, and my skin this glow and healthy look. Whereas HGH if I notice any skin improvements takes a while. Like my acne scars and dryness just fade fast from MK and I look just better on it.
