Guys genuinely, how do you stop yourself from stalking your ex and his new girlfriend on social media???? Literally every single time I check I find something I know is only going to bring me back 1000 steps so how do I just stop. I can’t get over how betrayed I feel, he ghosted me and got a new girlfriend in 2 months after being together for 3 years and I just can not stop wondering how this came to be so quickly. They go on dates, he buys her flowers, she post him constantly and even has a highlight of him.. I just want to get over this feeling.. I hate feeling like this
