Why won’t they fix the share feature?

I am into the game purely to collect cards. I’m almost at 17,000 cards pulled total and have shared almost a thousand, including cards that I only had one of.
I HATE that the share feature shows people the cards you don’t have rather than the cards you don’t have in your dex. I like to share my cards with people. Once I have the dex entry, I’m good. The cards can go. Even if that means having 0 left of that card.

With this new pack, I started out having over 270 cards already. Now people are sharing cards that I don’t need because some of those 270 had already been given away to others. I just find the feature to be so frustrating. I go out of my way to make sure I am only sharing things that people have wish listed because I find it annoying when nobody bothers to check and see what cards i actually need or have wish listed before sharing. I’ll need one more card from the previous pack for weeks while people share new cards with me that I’m still actively opening packs for.

All of this to say, I wish they would allow us to restrict what can be shared with you to wishlisted only. I feel like i’m being punished for sharing my cards down to having 0 left, because god knows people are going to share them back to me. 😭
