Has a home gym made it easier to scale a workout down instead of skipping it completely on WW?
One habit I’m trying to get better at is treating exercise as something that can be scaled instead of either “full workout” or “nothing.”
Having a home gym helps with that.
If I don’t have time or energy for the workout I originally planned, I can still do a shorter version, cut a few exercises, or just focus on the main movements without needing to make a trip worthwhile.
I think that flexibility matters more to me than having every workout go perfectly.
For people doing WW and training at home, has a home gym helped you get better at doing a smaller workout instead of automatically skipping the day?
