SONY MDR 7506 vs PHILIPS SPH9500 vs Audio Technica ATX M30X

Suggest something for me. I have a set of IEMs which sound amazing but they seem a little irritating when I am overstimulated. I do enjoy listening to music on my Marshall Killburn or JBL Flip. But I cannot always do that since it would disturb people around me. I plan to use them during hikes, and at home.

I have ADHD and it should not be overstimulating, but instead relaxed sounding. My budget does not allow for very expensive headphones. So here are my choices.

It would help if your suggestion is accompanied by reasoning if possible. Thanks!!!
