Anxiety returns after stability

I have been okay on a stable med dose for a year or
GAD and depression. This month after starting my teaching job at a new school anxiety came back with all the symptoms, flashes, appetite decrease,... it's so frustrating to be back at square 1 after all this work. Makes me feel like all that work and therapy sessions were for nothing ...

1. have you been in a similar case or situation?
2. did you increase your medication dose or tried to ride the wave ?
   Would like to hear some similar stories and not feel alone ...
