Solo founders health and insurance solutions

Hi, for solopreneurs, what type of outpatient insurance and health screening do you all get? Used to work in corporate and had very decent outpatient benefits. But as a solopreneur now, certain specialist consultations have to be out of pocket - how do you all manage this? is there any corporate outpatient insurance for solopreneur available?

For health screening, do solopreneur just rely on the government subsidised one or which providers do you all go to?
