What did you have to readjust in your home gym as your body changed during weight loss?
Something I hadn’t thought about with weight loss is how your usual equipment setup can start feeling different as your body changes.
Bench positions, seat settings, foot placement and even how certain movements feel can gradually change enough that the setup you’ve used for months might need adjusting.
Because everything in a home gym tends to stay in the same place, I think it can be especially noticeable when suddenly your usual position doesn’t feel quite the same anymore.
For people who trained at home throughout a longer weight loss journey, was there anything in your setup you eventually had to readjust as your body changed?
