Found a quest 3 locally with a bunch of accessories for $4-fiddy and I'm considering buying it. How is the state of retro emulation on the quest 3 currently? Also streaming

If there's anyone here who likes to tinker with retro emulators and has been keeping up with the scene, how is the performance on Quest 3 these days? We have turnip drivers now, newer apps like ARMSX2 for PS2 emulation. How does RetroArch run on it? I remember there were a lot of UI bugs at one point. And how does it do streaming PS5 via an app like PXplay or Asobi.
