Need advice about an old YouTube termination and circumvention policy 9 year old account

  • My old YouTube channel was terminated in 2017 because of a movie clip/copyright issue.
  • I appealed in 2018, but the appeal was unsuccessful, and many years have passed since then.
  • At that time, I genuinely didn't know about YouTube's circumvention policy or that having/using another channel after a termination could potentially cause issues.
  • I now have another monetized YouTube channel, but I haven't received my payment yet.
  • I recently discovered that the Google account associated with my terminated YouTube channel was still logged into both of my devices. My current YouTube channel is also used on those same devices.
  • I have now logged out of the old account, but the Google account still shows those devices in its previous/last activity. During these 9 years, my IP/location/address and other device/network details have changed, but both accounts remained accessible from the same devices.
  • The old Gmail account has no recovery phone number or other recovery information connected to it.
  • Another difference is that on the old terminated channel, I never showed my face or used my own voice/audio. My current channel is mainly voice/audio-based, and I sometimes appear on camera.
  • I contacted the company/rightsholder regarding the old copyright issue, but they said they no longer have records/data from around 9 years ago.
  • I'm now worried whether YouTube could still consider my current channel circumvention after so many years.

Questions:

  • Does having the old terminated account logged into the same devices matter?
  • Could my current channel's monetization/payment be affected?
  • Is there any way to resolve an 8–9-year-old termination now?

I'm not trying to circumvent YouTube or hide anything. I only recently learned about this policy and want to handle the situation correctly. I'd really appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with an old termination/circumvention issue.
