Is the Vault Groover 22" a good first drum kit?

I’m a complete beginner and I’m planning to buy my first acoustic drum kit. I’ve been looking at the Vault Groover 22" 5-piece kit, which is around ₹30k–₹35k in India.

Is it a good option for a beginner, or are there better kits around the same price?

I’ll mainly be playing in my bedroom and learning songs. I’d also appreciate any advice on the build quality, cymbals, hardware, and whether it’s worth the price.
