IT30 with Fuji X100VI TTL mode not working

I have had the IT30 paired with my X100VI and have shot exclusively in TTL mode over the past year. Just recently whenever I try to shoot with the flash in TTL mode the flash triggers but it is not exposing the photo and the picture is unaffected by the flash. I can use the other modes such as manual and Multi and the flash does affect the photo but I can’t for the life of me understand why I can not get the TTL mode to work.

I work in high paced environment and mainly focus on video with another camera, the Fuji and IT30 setup has been perfect as my photo camera so I really need to figure this out. Any help is greatly appreciated. FYI I have not changed any settings
